PAYMENT
METHODS
For orders outside the U.S., I accept money orders or Paypal payments.
PAYPAL: Most
international customers order through Paypal, which accepts credit cards
or money from your bank account, once you are set up.
You can't use the Paypal buttons on my order
page, because they charge the U.S. shipping cost. You pay me through
our Paypal accounts.
If you don't have a Paypal account:
Go to the Paypal website http://www.paypal.com.
Click on "Send money". There you will find directions to set up an account
with your E-mail address.
Once that's set up (it takes a few days) you
can securely send money to, or receive from, almost anyone in the world
who has an E-mail address.

money order from your bank, go to my printable
order form.
Fill out the address and book order information. Add the foreign shipping
cost above; ignore the U.S. shipping and Washington State tax information.
